A Noun Is a Person, Place, or Thing is a song that appeared on the "Grammar Rock" segment of the American children's educational televation Show "Schoolhouse Rock!", which originally aired from 1973 to 1984.(1) The song appeared with a cartoon that presented information about different kinds of nouns through the experiences of a young girl.(2)(3)(4) Alan Anderson has translated this song into Klingon as DIp bom.(5).
