Allan C. Wechsler
Allan C. Wechsler is a US-american mathematician from Cambridge. After his Bachelor of Science at MIT, he worked on the improvement of the LISP programming language (1). Allan C. Wechsler has published an article in the first issue of HolQeD, in which he established a hypothesis for a proto-Klingon phonetic system. The OSV order of older Klingon forms is well documented in canon.See also
