How do I say... Klingon is the galaxy's fastest growing language?

This phrase - literally "Learn the universe's fastest growing language" - is shown on the front cover of Conversational Klingon. Some Klingonists wondered how to say it in Klingon, which is not as easy as it seems. Here are two solutions
