Klingon Pop Warrior

jenbom (2014)
Klingon Pop Warrior is a project by Jen Usellis-Mackay, who sings terran songs in Klingon. Her Klingon name is jenbom tai-toQqul (1).

Jen was not a Star Trek fan until she got cast in A Klingon Christmas Carol in 2010. (2)

In 2013, Jen was brought in on a recommendation to sing HIchop (Kiss me) for the Improvised Star Trek podcast and a music video for YouTube was later made to go with it (3). The music video went viral(4) (5) and its popularity sparked the idea for the 2014 Klingon Pop Warrior music project. After a kickstarter campaign where 137 supporters contributed $2,756.00, she produced an entire album (6). It was released 10 November 2014. The songs are available on Amazon(7), iTunes, GooglePlay(8) and CDBaby (9).
