Klingon language support

In an announcement of January 2022(2), the foundation said that they will add support for the Klingon language in their version 7.3.0 released in February 2022.(3)

This basically means that the language "Klingon" will be added to their software as a supported language using the official ISO code tlh, with the purpose that programmers can create extensions like spell checkers that are made for Klingon.

The request for this expansion was initiated by Iikka Hauhio. (4) It was approved by Eike Rathke just few days after the request.
