Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan is the second Star Trek movie. It was made in 1982 and contained no Klingon dialogue, but Marc Okrand was involved in creating the Vulcan dialogue for Mister Spock. This was his first involvement in Star Trek. He would be called on again by the producers for the next film to create the Klingon language.

The film did provide the first mention of the the (English version of) the "old Klingon proverb," 'Revenge is a dish best served cold'.

Khan, a product of 23rd-century genetic engineering, seeks revenge on Captain Kirk after being marooned in the Star Trek (The Original Series) episode "Space Seed".
