Welsh Government answers in Klingon

Welsh ministers were asked for information about UFO sightings and they replied in Klingon(1). One of the questions was "What consideration has the Welsh Government given to the funding of research into sightings of unidentified flying objects in Wales?" The answer to this was: jang vIDa je due luq. 'ach ghotvam'e' QI'yaH-devolved qaS. The supposed or intended meaning was The minister will reply in due course. However this is a non-devolved matter.

Analysis

The literal translation of the Klingon phrase is:
"he, she or it answers - I act in the manner of [something] also - (due) Sure!, but as for this person, *swearword*-(devolved) it is happening."

Unfortunately, this is again an example of a too quick use of an automatic translator. A simple test can confirm the use of a Bing based software. The first obvious evidence for this are the inserted untranslated words ("due", "devolved"), and next, experienced speakers will find absolutely incorrect words - especially the very bad curse QI'yaH.
