Worf
Worf, Klingon spelling
wo'rIv, (born 2340) was son of
Mogh of the House of
Martok, brother of Kurn, mate of K'Ehleyr, father of Alexander Rozhenko, husband of
Jadzia Dax, a Trill. Worf was the first
Klingon to graduate from Starfleet Academy and held various Federation postings in tactical, security and command. He eventually became Federation ambassador to
Qo'noS.
Colonel Worf is also the name of Worf's grandfather, father of
Mogh. He was the legal advocate for
Kirk and McCoy before the Klingon High Council. He was also a member of Klingon delegation at Camp Khitomer
.
the actor
Michael Dorn, playing both Worf and Col Worf, appeared in more productions than any other actor. Worf was a regular character in
The Next Generation and
Deep Space Nine and appeared in all four TNG films,
ST7,
ST8,
ST9,
ST10. Col Worf appeared in
ST6.
