Canon examples

nuqDaq 'oH puchpa''e'?
Where is the bathroom (TKD, p. 170)

nuqDaq waqwIj vIlamHa'choHmoH?
Where can I get my shoes cleaned? (TKD, p. 170)

More Information

TKD clearly says that nuqDaq is made of nuq "what?" followed by the type 5 suffix -Daq "locative". Just like any other locative phrase, it comes at the beginning of the sentence. (TKD p. 69)

Based on that, it's quite likely that nuqvo' "from where" is also possible, but that's not canon.
