More Information

This is not a new word per se as it was used in 1996 in TKW. At qep'a' 2020 Okrand suggested this phrase as a translation for "tackle" in addition to vov "grapple, wrestle, tussle":
For "tackle," combine with pummoH "cause to fall (down)";
