As the forehead is an important part of Klingon society, there are many regional terms for it:
boD, jargh, mIQ, 'aQlo', Huy'Dung, tuqvol, no''och (KGT p. 29)

  Regarding definition #2 – be happy:
The verb Quch refers to an emotion of living beings and should therefore not be used in phrases like "Merry Christmas" and the like.
