This is a title created by John M. Ford in his novel "The Final Reflection". It is used by several Klingon fan groups. It never appeared in a canon source, but was later vetted by Marc Okrand (qepHom 2014). Since these titles were created before TKD was published, any similarity to the word tay is a coincidence.
From lowest to highest, the titles are:
