'o'nI' is the soapy stuff (or similar – ocean foam, beer head, etc.). It is not used by itself for the hard foam (that most people probably wouldn't call "foam" anyway unless someone told them that's what it was), but things like styrofoam could be described as 'o'nI' Sub "solid foam."
